This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 11.10.2018 made in I.A.No.10932 of 2016 in O.S.No.7012 of 2010 on the file of the II Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and filed a joint memo of compromise dated 02.11.2021 signed by both the parties and their respective counsel.

3. The Memorandum of Compromise dated 02.11.2021 shall form part of the order.

4. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
