The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition has already been complied with.

2. The relief sought for is to consider the representation and the representation has already been considered by the Competent Authority and the impugned order passed in proceedings dated 04.03.2019.

3. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
