ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2017 to cancel the wrong entry made in the name of the fourth respondent herein.

2.Heard Mr.K.Natarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokul Krishnan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the third respondent passed an order dated 30.12.2019 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner and in favour of the petitioner herein stating that the subject land comprised in T.S.No.70/2, Block No.9 Sembiam Village Old No.23, New No.50, Flat No.60, Teeds Garden, 3rd Street, not belong to the fourth respondent herein.

4.Recording the order dated 30.12.2019 passed by the third respondent, the Writ Petition is closed. Further, the third respondent is directed to serve the copy of the order dated 30.12.2019 to the petitioner forthwith. No costs.
