A.No.9352 of 2018 Application No.9352 of 2018 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J., By order dated 05.12.2018, this Court had appointed one Mr.G.Arumugaraja, Advocate, having office at No.46/67, 4th Main Road, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, Chennai600 020 (Mobile No.9677036936) as an Advocate Commissioner to seize and possess the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. Today (09.03.2020), when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the vehicle could not be secured by the Advocate Commissioner. He therefore prayed that further period of two weeks may be granted for executing the order of this Court dated 05.12.2018, by the Advocate Commissioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the applicant's counsel, this Court directs the Advocate Commissioner to execute the order of this Court dated 05.12.2018, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order granting power to repossess the vehicle in question shall stand automatically cancelled.
