O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent herein to allow the petitioner to attend the X Standard classes to pursue his studies without any harassment and appear for the Board Examinations to be conducted by the 1st respondent in March, 2019, through their School.

When the matter was taken up today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent enquiry conduct, it was found that the petitioner should be allowed to continue his studies in X Standard. Accordingly, he was permitted to continue his studies in Class X from 26.11.2018. Hence, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has also produced a letter addressed to him by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2133/Aa7/2018 dated ...11.2018 by which the petitioner was permitted to pursue his studies in X Standard from 26.11.2018 onwards.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
