The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to grant education loan to the petitioner to pursue his B.E.degree (Mechanical Engineering) at P.S.V. College of Engineering & Technology, Mittapalli, Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the claim of the petitioner was considered and the educational loan was disbursed to him and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3. The aforesaid submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
