Mr.Ajayan KN, Legal Executive as Receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle which is more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or his men, agents servants from his premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

This Court by order dated 04.12.2018, has appointed the company receiver to seize the vehicle in question. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the vehicle has been seized and handed over to the applicant company.
2. This factor has also been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the applicant.
3. In view of the fact that the task having been given to the receiver since has been completed, no further orders are required to be passed in this application.
4. Accordingly, this application is closed.
