Pursuant to the order dated 04.12.2018, the learned Advocate Commissioner has seized the vehicle and handed over the same to the applicant company. Learned counsel for the applicant has acknowledged receipt of the vehicle in question from the Advocate Commissioner.

2. Considering the efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner, who has been to Kerala to seize the vehicle, this Court is inclined to allow an additional remuneration of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), which shall be paid by the applicant company to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the vehicle in question has been seized and handed over to the applicant company, no further orders are necessary in this application and the same is closed.
