Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to finalize the Tender Notification in file No.H1/4571/2018 dated 23.10.2018 for Thiru Karthigai Deepam Festival-2018 to provide the various basic amenities and facilities to the devotees from 09.11.2018 to 26.11.2018, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2018 and consequentially to declare successful bidder for the Tender Notification in file No.H1/4571/2018 dated 23.10.2018. Mr.B.Anand O R D ER The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to finalize the Tender Notification in file No.H1/4571/2018 dated 23.10.2018 for Thiru Karthigai Deepam Festival-2018 to provide the various basic amenities and facilities to the devotees from 09.11.2018 to 26.11.2018, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2018 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consequentially to declare successful bidder for the Tender Notification in file No.H1/4571/2018 dated 23.10.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 15.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
