ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J) It is represented that the impugned order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Advisory Board and subsequent to it, the Government vide order in G.O.Rt.No.5549 (Home, Prohibition & Excise (XIV) Department dated 21.12.2018, revoked the order of detention dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

03.11.2018, pending against the detenu and he was directed to be released forthwith. The said Government Order is produced before the Court and the same is taken on file.
