O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.1201 of 2018 pending on the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission before this Court that, he is not having any objection to allow this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Further, he made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent, this petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the case in H.M.O.P.No.1201 of 2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and ordered to be transferred to the file of Principal Family Court, Chennai. The Presiding Officer of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to transmit the case records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.1201 of 2018, to Principal Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such records, the Presiding Officer of the Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose the said case within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of records from Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
