O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondent made a submission that pursuant to the orders of this Court, the enquiry proceedings were concluded and a report is submitted. The copy of the report has been served to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner.

2. In view of the final report, the matter will be placed before the syndicate and appropriate decision will be taken and an order will be passed to that effect. In view of the said submission, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt application.
