When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant represented that the appellant/accused died on 15.04.2022 and to that effect, he filed Death certificate of the appellant.

2. Mr.T.Krishnamoorthi, Sub-Inspector, F5 Police Station, Choolaimedu, has also produced the Death Certificate issued by the Greater Chennai Corporation, through Government Advocate (Crl.Side). The Legal Heir Certificate issued by the competent authorities has also been produced and the same are hereby recorded.
