2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 01.10.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence the matter was posted on 05.10.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 05.10.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioners and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioners, the matter was again directed to be listed on 07.10.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''.
