This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the examination of the prosecution witness in the pending case in C.C.No.85 of 2017, on the file of the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet.
2. It is seen from the records that the petition has been filed by the respondent police for an offence under Section 507 read with Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Women Harassment Act. There are totally 9 witnesses shown in the final report.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
