Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders by this Honble Court dated 11.10.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.23182 of 2018.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P No.23182 of 2018, dated 11.10.2018.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
