ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order passed by this Court dated 30.07.2018 in H.C.P. No. 502 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O. (D) No.220, Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 27.02.2019, in purported compliance of the order passed.

In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the said Government Order, if so advised.
