ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.09.2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 392, 397 and 506 (ii) of IPC in Cr.No.889 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner had snatched away a sum of Rs.1000/- at knife point from the defacto complainant.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that there are seven previous cases pending as against the petitioner. He would further submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.25330 of 2018 and this Court vide order dated 01.11.2018 dismissed the said petition.
5.Considering the number of cases pending as against the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.25330 of 2018, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
