Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the detenue the minor daughter of the petitioner namely Kiruthiga, daughter of Late.Govindaraj, aged about 17 years before this Hon'ble Court and hand over to the petitioner.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue to produce her minor daughter namely Kiruthiga, aged about 17 years (D.O.B.21.02.2001).

2.We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. We have perused the materials available on record.

3. The detenue has been secured and produced before this Court and she would state that she married the 3rd respondent and expressed her willingness to go with the 3rd respondent.

4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances that the detenue has married the 3rd respondent and she is not willing to go with her parents, who is also produced before this Court, she is set at liberty. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
