ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the Fair and Decreetal order, dated 06.02.2018 passed in I.A.No.367 of 2012 in O.S.No.328 of 2003 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Kanchipuram.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the main suit itself has been settled between the parties out of the Court. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
