Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to entend the time order passed dated 16/07/2018 in Crl.O.P.No.17513 of 2018 in Crime No.510 of 2017 on the file of the Respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to grant extension of time to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17513 of 2018, dated 16.07.2018.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: " the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only) towards the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai and further period of two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court from the date on which the order copy made ready". -sd/- 23/11/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
