According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 30.07.2018 to the second respondent to deseal the shop to an extent of 421 sq.ft. situated at Shop No.V/F/1, Koyambedu Vegetable Market, Whole Sale Market Complex, Chennai. No order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been passed by the second respondent. Hence the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 2.The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that the request of the petitioner is objected, but however, the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2018 which is pending before the second respondent would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

3.Considering the above submissions, without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 30.07.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
