O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2018 seeking opportunity of personal hearing by the respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed an appeal under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act before the respondent and also has given a representation dated 15.11.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

seeking for an opportunity of personal hearing. 3.If the petitioner has filed an appeal under Section 80-A of the Town and Country Planning Act, the same should be disposed of only in accordance with the provisions of Section 80-A. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to pass any further orders in this Writ Petition.

4.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
