For Respondents : Mr.R.Karthikeyan (in all W.Ps.) * * * * * COMMON ORDER These writ petitions are filed to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in No.Nil dated 15.03.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the attendant, monetary benefits and back wages for the period the petitioners were out of service by treating the period from 15.03.2018 to the actual date of reinstatement as on duty. 2.Though the writ petitions are filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order dated 15.03.2018 of the second respondent and consequently direct the respondents to pay the attendant, monetary benefits and back wages for the period the petitioners were out of service, the learned counsel for the petitioners at the time of arguments restricted the prayer for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners 2/5

dated 20.04.2018.

3.In view of the limited submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the respondent is directed to consider the said representation dated 20.04.2018 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
