Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from allowing or conducting any meeting on 25.11.2018 or election by the fourth respondent without
following mandatory procedures contemplated under the memorandum of association and its bye laws of the petitioner association forthwith and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the fourth respondent for his illegalities, forgery and violations of the bye laws of the petitioner association.

ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from conducting meeting on 25.11.2018 or election by the fourth respondent without following mandatory procedures as contemplated under the memorandum of association and the bye laws of the petitioner association and for consequential direction.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous, since the meeting was already conducted on 25.11.2018 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
