CR.NO.12 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.22885 of 2018 on dated 25.10.2018 viz., to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.R.ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22885 of 2018, dated 25.10.2018.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
