7 THE HEAD MASTER VILANDI, ANDIMADAM TALUK, Petitions praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (1)pass an order of interim direction directing the 4th respondent Joint Director (Vocational) to send the proposal for computing the 50% service rendered by the petitioner as part time vocational instructors drawing consolidated pay for calculating the qualifying service for pension and quantum of pension under Rule 43

(2) of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules to the 2nd respondent(in WMP.36652/2018);

(2) to pass an order of interim direction directing the 4th respondent Joint Director (Vocational) to send the proposal for computing the 50 % service rendered by the petitioner as part time vocational instructors drawing consolidated pay for calculating the qualifying service for pension and quantum of pension under Rule 43

(2) of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules to the 2nd respondent (in WMP.36666/2018);
