Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (c) i.e.,The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders, imposed in Crl.OP.No.18378 of 2018 order dated.03.09.2018 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18378 of 2018, dated 03.09.2018.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
