O R D E R
This petition has been filed by the wife seeking for a direction for the respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the husband/third respondent has given a complaint before the respondent police and seeking to evict the petitioner and take illegal possession of the property in which the petitioner is living.
3. Going by the nature of the dispute, this Court is of the considered view that the police will have no role to play. The husband/3rd respondent has to work out his remedy only before the competent Court. The respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner in the name of the enquiry.
