ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take action for sealing of the illegal building constructed by respondent No.4 in violation of the building licence and to stop the usage of the building as Kalyanamandapam. The said premises is situated at Door No.13 and 15, Moolathamman Kovil Street, Thakkolam Town, Arakonam Taluk, Vellore District.

2. The learned counsel for respondent No.4 has tendered affidavit of respondent No.4, wherein he has stated that he had filed appropriate application before the concerned authorities for grant of permission to use the premises as a Kalyanamandapam and till such permission is accorded by the appropriate authorities, he will not let out the said premises for any purposes.

3. In view of the undertaking given by respondent No.4, we are of the opinion that no further directions are necessary in the writ petition and the writ petition is closed. No costs.
