Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.04/2018, dated 16.11.2018 and quash the same.

With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

3. An order passed by the 2nd respondent, directing the petitioner to vacate the premises has been challenged in W.P.No.13115 of 2018 and there is an order of interim stay. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Now, the present impugned order, dated 16.11.2018, is passed calling upon the petitioner to vacate and hand over the possession of the premises by 30.11.2018, as the food supplied by the petitioner is causing health hazard to the Post Graduate students of the College. Already, when the petitioner has obtained an order of interim stay, this Writ Petition is not maintainable.
