O.P.No. 1179 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.

The petitioner seeks succession certificate in respect of the securities that are held by the deceased Babulal, who died intestate on 27.05.1995 leaving behind the petitioner/wife and two sons.

2. The petitioner has examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the husband as Ex.P1 and the legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P3. The respondents 1 and 2 have expressed their no objection for grant of succession certificate in favour of the petitioner and the said document has been marked as Ex.P6.

3. Considering the said evidence, this petition is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.
