Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in my favour by receiving the land cost in the light of the recommendations of the Revenue Inspector, Nasiyanoor, Erode District dated 09.05.2017 in respect of the property comprised in Re-Survey No.300/1, Old Survey No.15/1 measuring to an extent of 0.03.74 sq. meter situate at Veppampalayam Village, Erode Taluk and District forthwith.

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to issue patta in her
favour by receiving the land cost in the light of the recommendations of the Revenue Inspector, Nasiyanoor, Erode District dated 09.05.2017 in respect of the property comprised in Re-Survey No.300/1, Old Survey No.15/1 measuring to an extent of 0.03.74 sq. meter situate at Veppampalayam Village, Erode Taluk and District.
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 13.08.2015 for issuance of patta in her favour, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Heard, Mr.C.S.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representations, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons concerned and also affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
7. Post 'for compliance' on 02.01.2019.
