This petition has been filed by the petitioner to implead herself as the 2nd respondent in this writ petition on the ground that she also has a share in Survey No.1137/A2 and already a suit for partition is pending in this regard.

This petition was closed on 09.07.2019, since the writ petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on that day. Subsequently, the writ petition was restored by an order dated 16.03.2020. Since the writ petition has been restored, this writ miscellaneous petition must also be restored.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent.

This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
