Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to shut down unauthorized rubber factory of 4th respondent situated in Plot No.118, KCR Nagar, Pothur Village, Upparapalayam, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai, as per order of 3rd respondent dated 26.10.2018.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the Petitioner has placed the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1942/2018/A6/21.01.2019 by closing the 4th respondent factory. He further submits that therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submits that the 4th respondent may be permitted to approach the appropriate authority to remove the plant and machineries from the factory premises.

3. In the light of the submission of aforesaid parties, recording the proceedings dated 21.01.2019, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the 4th respondent to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
