Mr.T.C.Gopalakrishnan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved against the General Revision Notice dated 11.10.2018. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the impugned notice was issued with defective details, more particularly, with respect to an extent of land owned by the petitioner.

3. It is stated that the actual extent of land is 2044 sq.ft, whereas the impugned notice referred the extent of land as only 250 sq.ft, which is factually incorrect. Therefore, it is contended that the respondents must be directed to issue fresh notice after making field verification. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that already the petitioner has made a representation on 01.11.2018 for rectification of the error in the General Revision Notice and therefore, the said representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

5. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and considering the representation dated 01.11.2018 made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Second respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass orders on the representation dated 01.11. 2018 after making field inspection. Such exercise shall be done by the Second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till an order is passed as stated supra, the impugned notice shall be kept in abeyance. No costs.
