Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the Crl.OP.No.18689 of 2018 order dated 20.8.2018 para.6(b), the petitioner shall report before the learned sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.STALIN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. M.PRABHAVATHI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18689 of 2018, dated 20.08.2018.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
