Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other order or direction in the nature of a Writ, directing the respondents to relieve the petitioner from the course MS General Surgery from the 4th respondent college consequently to return the original certificates such as S.S.L.C Higher Secondary School Certificate, M.B.B.S. Degree certificate, CRRI certificate, Tamil Nadu Medical council registration Certificate, M.B.B.S mark sheets, attempt certificate, conduct certificates etc.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to relieve the petitioner from the court of MS General Surgery from the 4th respondent college and to return the original certificates to the petitioner.
2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 23.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 09.03.2023. When the matter was taken for hearing on 15.03.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, this Writ petition is dismissed as nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
