Ms. No.385, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 1.10.2010 and in the light of G.O. (2D) No.129, School Education (Ni.Va 4 (2)) Department dated 7.9.16 and G.O. (2D) No.27, School Education (Ni.Va 4 (2)) Department dated 11.5.2017 and pass orders within a stipulated period of time.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and of the representations dated 17.10.2018 and pass orders thereon.

2. The petitioner claims Special Time Scale of Pay of Rs.1300 - 3000 + Grade Pay of Rs.300 along with Dearness Allowance payable to Government employees. The petitioner relies upon the earlier orders passed by this Court in W.P. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nos.4293 and 4294 of 2016 as well as G.O. Ms. No.385, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 1.10.2010 and G.O. (2D) No.129, School Education (Ni.Va 4 (2)) Department dated 7.9.16 and G.O. (2D) No.27, School Education (Ni.Va 4 (2)) Department dated 11.5.2017.

The petitioner submitted representation dated 17.10.2018 for grant of the said relief. Since no orders have been passed on the said representation, the present petition has been filed.

3. 4. Ms. P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and submits that a direction may be issued to the 1st respondent to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders.

4. In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court is of the view that it would be suffice to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and pass orders thereon within a particular time frame.

5. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2018 and pass orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
