ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the decree granting divorce under Section 13(b) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 1/4
2. Against the decree for divorce, a regular appeal will lie before Appellate Court as per Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is not maintainable.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file regular appeal. It is made clear the petitioner is entitled to exclude the time during which the civil revision petition has been pending before this Court (i.e., from 19.11.2018 to the date of receipt of copy of this order). No costs.
