This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 914 days in filling the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of deceased Cross objector Sarasammal in the above Cross objection.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.
