This Petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Cross objector Sarasammal and mark them as Cross objector 2 to 5 in the above Cross Objection No.52 of 2005.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents, and perused the materials available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title, if the papers are otherwise in order.

5. Post the case on 08.01.2025.
