3. This Court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record. 4.
According to the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner had made an application, dated 03.07.2018 to the Respondent for providing electricity connection to the petition mentioned premises. Since there was no action taken by the Respondent, this Writ Petition has been filed, seeking the relief as stated above. limited extent of directing the Respondent to dispose of the application of the Petitioner, in accordance with law, within a time to be fixed by this Court.

6. Though the prayer in this Writ Petition is for a larger relief, considering the limited prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the Respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the Petitioner, dated 03.07.2018, after giving sufficient opportunity to the parties concerned, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
