This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent on 20.02.2018 seeking for a police protection. This representation is not considered and therefore, the present petition has been filed.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to call the parties and conduct an enquiry and take further action in accordance with law. It is made clear that if the second respondent finds that the issue is civil in nature, the second respondent police shall relegate the parties to the appropriate civil Court.
