O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the request for transfer of the petitioner, the Secondary Grade Teacher, Govt.Kallar Primary School, K.Duraisamipuram, Uthamapalayam Saragam, Theni District to any one of the Govt.School situated in Namakkal District, the native district of the husband of the petitioner

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of the inter caste marriage entered into between the petitioner and her husband, there are innumerable problems faced by the petitioner and there is a life threat for her. It is also alleged that when she did not want to get divorce, her signature was obtained in blank paper for filing petition for divorce and when such is being the nature of threat, her request for transfer must be considered.

3. The alleged problems faced by the petitioner appears to be true and a complaint has also been given to the Superintendent of Police, Namakkal District by the petitioner in this regard. In the said complaint also, she has alleged that there is a life threat.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
