ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondents-police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 114 IPC in Crime No.1/152/2018 on the file of the 1st respondent-police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioners herein have been arrayed as accused Nos.1, 3 & 8 respectively in this case. The defacto complainant by name Hiteshbhai has lodged a complaint with the 1st respondent-police alleging that the accused persons have committed cheating and breach of trust during the course of business. On the basis of the complaint given by the defacto-complainant, the 1st respondent-Police has registered the criminal case against the petitioners and the other accused.

3.According to the petitioners, they are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in the case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the allegation made against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of four weeks from today to enable him to move the concerned Court.

5. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of four weeks, on condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, within 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioners shall each execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within four weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioners shall approach the competent Court in Gujarat State and seek appropriate relief. -sd/- 23/11/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
