Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2015, 01.09.2015 and 05.10.2017, within a stipulated period.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 02.08.2015, 01.09.2015 and 05.10.2017, within a stipulated period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to the third respondent on 05.10.2017, requesting him to cancel the patta issued in the name of the fourth and fifth respondents, in respect of the property belonging to the petitioner. As no action has been on the same till date, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.
4. Heard Mr.S.Sureshkumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 herein and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the respondents 4 and 5 herein as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
