ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, to direct the 1st respondent police with the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th respondent not to harass the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that admittedly in this case, an FIR has been registered against all these petitioners and the respondent police is calling them for an enquiry. He would further submit that various FIRs are pending against these petitioners.

4. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfere with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
