Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent states that though the Petitioner has fully paid the amount claimed in the impugned order, the liability of the concerned establishment, which has not been made as a party in the Writ Petition, has not yet been discharged and that the Respondent reserves the right to take further action in that regard in the manner prescribed by law. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
