2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.554 of 2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdiction Magistrate Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
